Novelty Shaun the Sheep Egg Cup

I like to have “fun items” in the kitchen, which is why I bought this novelty Shaun the Sheep egg cup – it’s a cheery ornament when not being used and adds a bit of fun to a boiled egg if I want to push the boat out, so to speak!

There’s an integral salt cellar too, in the head section, although I don’t use that as I don’t use much/any salt in most of my cooking as I don’t like the taste of salt.

I liked this Shaun the Sheep egg cup so much I bought one as a Christmas present for somebody who likes Shaun the Sheep and eats a lot of boiled eggs… that was a “win” – especially as it can just be a kitchen ornament if they already have a preferred egg cup!

I prefer to fill my kitchen with mismatched, single items, rather than trying to co-ordinate everything.  If you buy six different plates and you break one, you just need a new plate!  Buy a matching set of six and drop one and you’re in trouble 🙂

Gadgets should bring a smile to your face, where possible – and with my Shaun the Sheep egg cup and my Teddy pizza cutter, I have a little smile each time I spot them!
