Microwave Breakfast: Full English!

This is a food cheats cooked breakfast made fast and easy in the microwave, if you think like a microwave pro!  I often produce some fast breakfast ideas from my microwave, including my version of the Full English.

I don’t like bacon, but you can microwave bacon.  Here’s one of my fast microwave breakfasts I often make: 

Microwave Full English Breakfast

Toast, topped with:

• Baked beans
• Scrambled Eggs
• Sausages

But, I promised you it was made quickly, so here’s the secret….. the baked beans can be microwaved in a mug or in small microwave safe dish; I make scrambled eggs in the microwave, these take just 3-4 minutes; the sausages are ready cooked cocktail sausages, sold by all supermarkets, which just need reheating in the microwave in 2-3 minutes.

Toast is done in the toaster, but the microwave items can be cooked all at the same time, making this a full cooked breakfast on a plate in under 5 minutes!

With the toast on the plate, simply stack it high with the beans, sausages and scrambled eggs, then squirt some brown sauce over the top. Job done … and it’s off to fill up with this hot, steaming, comfort food 🙂
